It takes three days to make their pizza dough! But waiting for the yeast, sugar and herbs to combine into a delicious dough is well worth it. Top it off with homemade pizza sauce made with vine ripened San Joaquin Roma tomatoes, herbs and more spices, and a variety of favorite meats, vegetables, and cheeses, and your mouth starts watering before it hits the oven. Choose from one of four crusts: standard, New York thin, Sicilian thick or 100 percent whole wheat. Using Alba’s family recipes, the pasta sauces simmer for hours before being served on almost a 3/4 pound of pasta. Specialties include chicken, veal and eggplant parmigiano and more.|
