A combination of flavors and dishes like shrimp and grits, lobster dumplings and braised pork tacos come on “small plates” at the sleek Orchard City Kitchen located in Campbell near the Pruneyard. Rumor has it the Triple B is awesome: That’s ”B” for biscuits, bacon and honey butter. I doubt you’ll see your cardiologist ordering this, but it would be a nice treat to share. Brunch items paired with an A.M. cocktail are also popular. Try the Kimchi Bloody Mary with bacon, avocado, Muenster cheese, tomato and red chile omelet or a passion fruit, guava and orange mimosa with eggs Benedict. Chef Jeffrey Stout comes to OCK with a fine reputation after earning a Michelin Star for three years. He has created a “comfortable environment without the stuffiness of white table linens” and serves up some “serious fare” for those who wouldn’t expect anything less from him. Partner Chris Velasquez, General Manager Cyrus Schultz and Perry Hewitt at the bar round off the talent.
