Lawrence C. C. Chu founded Chef Chu’s in 1970 bringing the best of Chinese cuisine to the Peninsula and South Bay. The author of a cookbook, “Celebrating Your Place at Our Table”, Chu compiled the restaurant’s favorite recipes from home-style dishes to more elegant cuisine. The restaurant also hosts a series of cooking classes and offers banquets for up to 120 people, take-out, and catering services for private parties.
