|Opened in 2005, Alexander’s Steak House in Cupertino features certified Angus beef, corn-fed from the Mid-West and also imported Wagyu beef. Manager Mario Prado says the staff, from the kitchen to the front hostess, all the employees “love coming to work.“ As a group, he adds, “we’ve formed a bond as a family and generally love what we do and putting guests first.” Prado adds that they do not take their guests for granted and stay true to and pay respect to the ingredients they use, which is evident in the taste and artistry of the dishes.|
